I loved waking up in cabin #1 right on the beach and experiencing fine sunrises every morning. The included breakfast was an absolute treat and an lovely start to each day. The convenient parking made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area whenever we wanted.

The incredible beach 🏖️ was definitely the highlight – so beautiful and serene! Our room was great too, but we had an issue with the dryer being removed. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

the service here was remarkable—if you think not answering requests for towels is a solid service. also, with the dubious cleanliness, who needs mosquitoes when you have cockroaches? i almost wrote a great review, but i wasn't given a free upgrade, so here we are. the indignation is off the charts, honestly. avoid!

The beach vibes were awesome for our large family, especially with the convenience of staying close to the nightlife. Plus, we enjoyed chilling on our bungalow's porch while our baby napped. It was fantastic to explore Tulum with its rich local culture.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

This was just a prime choice for a fleeting moment in Tulum with great value for the money. Hanging out in the hammocks by the beach was a nice touch that added to the whole experience. Bring your own mosquito repellent to enjoy your stay fully.

bt live tulum located at the party zone was a fantastic little beachfront hotel. the location is perfect—close to the beach and the strip but quiet at night. the staff was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the beach with snacks.

I totally loved my stay! The beach is stunning and super close. The included breakfast was delish and a real treat! One thing tho, it’s kinda far from town, which made dining a bit pricey. Got a massage on site which was nice and relaxing. The vibes in the party zone at night were sooo fun!
